At Bay & Beyond Sleepy Time Solutions, I believe in providing personalized, compassionate care that helps families thrive during their postpartum period and/or through sleep transitions. Drawing on my years of experience, education, and a passion for continued learning, I focus on methods that are both effective and rooted in research. I believe in giving parents the control they deserve while offering tailored recommendations and lasting benefits. My goal is to provide the knowledge and tools you need to help your family reach its individual sleep goals and ensure that you feel confident as you move forward in your parenting journey.

Sleep consulting

In my 15 years of working with littles, I’ve seen firsthand how they naturally want to learn the important life skill of falling asleep, without relying on outside assistance. Sleep training is about empowering little ones to develop healthy sleep habits, which can make all the difference for both the child and the family. However, there is still a stigma surrounding sleep training, often viewed as a harsh or controversial approach. In reality, it’s a compassionate, evidence-based process that helps families thrive. 

The prevalence of mom shaming has reached alarming levels, leaving countless mothers feeling isolated, anxious, and uncertain. The constant scrutiny and criticism can be overwhelming, causing many to hide their struggles rather than seeking the help they desperately need. Parenting is inherently challenging, and the "mom shaming" mentality that discourages mothers from seeking help is not only harmful, but it also disregards the crucial role of a supportive community. It truly takes a village, and asking for help—whether it’s for sleep training, or any other parenting challenge—is a strength, not a weakness. We all deserve the support and care needed to raise healthy, happy families.
