I am a certified sleep consultant, postpartum doula, and early childhood professional with over 15 years of experience helping hundreds of little ones and their families thrive. I truly love and enjoy what I do and I often say I have the best job in the world! I live in Newark, California, with my husband and our two adorable pups. In my downtime, I enjoy doing crafts, exploring nature, and spending quality time with my loved ones.
I offer a family-focused, versatile approach to both sleep consulting and postpartum doula care. Whether you need guidance to improve your family's sleep or compassionate support during the transformative postpartum period, I am here to help.
